Healthy Weight Loss - The 45 Day Slimdown to Lose Weight Fast

The 45-day Slim-down is an important partner to a fitness training regimen and is designed to help you lose unwanted pounds while still enjoying many of the foods you are already consuming.

While there is no ‘Magic Bullet’ for successful and healthy excess weight loss, you can begin to convince your body that it doesn’t need the excess weight to survive. We make this change through the combination of the vigorous training, proper rest, and by consuming fat-burning, muscle toning foods loaded with the stuff your body craves for true tissue and metabolic health.

The only proven way to take off excess weight the healthy way is to take in fewer calories than you burn. This is called ‘Caloric Deficit’ [CD]. Many of you have established strong, toned muscles, and have lost inches and pounds of fat. However, it is typical to ‘hit a wall’... to get to the point where your body is not reacting to status quo anymore, meaning that the fat and inches will come off slower than the preceding weeks or months.

When we hit the wall, we need to shock the system....again. This will be accomplished by adding a twist to your nutritional habits, by further conditioning the metabolism to burn more fat as fuel.   • The triumvirate of total body fitness: Vigorous, load-bearing exercise; Proper nutrition, and; Rest. Any two without the third will yield a small fraction of the results you’re working for and you deserve.
  • Don’t sabotage yourself! Sleep 7-8 hours each night, eat right, train hard. Stress will slow the process, as will erratic sleep patterns, alcohol, and smoking.
